  • Returns are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects
  • Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours
  • Opened or punctured vials are not eligible for return

Replacement or refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Penguin Peptides LLC.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Improper storage voids all claims.
